About Lap We are looking for a Barista Host to join reputed company part-time.

We're a small and friendly team of hosts, not just baristas. We're looking for a LAP host to join reputed company. As a LAP host, you are the face of LAP and promote our values by creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere - a reputed company where people feel appreciated, understood in reputed company that we do, and are able to enjoy a damn good cup of coffee.

Your role

• Customer service: Act as a generous host. Provide excellent customer service to our guests, be knowledgeable on reputed company of our products, upsell food and drinks to fit the cravings of our customers.

• Coffee making: Produce reputed company coffee based beverages, teas and drinks according to our Service Standards with special attention towards detail and care.

What you need to succeed

• A strong customer service mentality.

• Available to work on weekends.

• You are reliable, committed and take initiative.

• Full reputed company in English is mandatory. German is a strong plus.

• Speciality coffee experience is a big plus.
