Staff Product Designer

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to craft world-class experiences that simplify reputed company tax and compliance workflows into reputed company, elegant solutions.

In this role, you will shape the future of our product experience as we scale globally. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring our vision to life, from discovery to delivery. Your design expertise will help turn intricate tax compliance challenges into user-friendly, scalable platform interfaces that drive adoption and delight users.

What you will do

• reputed company design initiatives across the entire product lifecycle – from early research and concept development through detailed UI design and delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to deeply understand our users and translate reputed company tax workflows into simple, reputed company solutions

• Establish and drive a high-quality visual and interaction design language across the platform

• Design flows and experiences that are elegant, accessible, and reputed company users to be confident in managing compliance at scale

• Contribute to strategic decisions about product vision and roadmap

• Help shape and grow our design culture and processes, including mentoring designers and contributing to our design system

You will be a great fit if

• You have extensive experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms

• Comfortable designing end-to-end experiences – from user journeys to UI components – and iterating quickly based on feedback

• You have strong interaction and visual design skills and can bring simplicity to complexity

• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
