Responsibilities

• Be instrumental in building our global reputed company organization from the ground up as our first US hire, with the opportunity to define processes, establish best practices, and lay the groundwork for future team expansion

Requirements

• Significant experience in reputed company or similar roles, driving adoption, retention and expansion for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Proven impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.

• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company product knowledge and effectively communicate technical concepts to drive customer adoption and success

• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-levels.

Compensation and Benefits

$100,000 to $150,000 a year
