About this role:We are seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter with a specialized focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, marketing, reputed company, and reputed company functions. In this role, you will reputed company the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, reputed company and implement effective sourcing strategies, build and refine internal recruitment processes, and partner strategically with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent that aligns with reputed company’s mission and values.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for reputed company candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding reputed company’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives reputed company the recruitment process to build a diverse and high-performing team.
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.
Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit reputed company these areas.
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions.
Ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
The estimated salary for this role ranges from $160,000 - $190,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
