Engineering Manager, Core Finance

Anrok connects with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures. For those that call the Bay Area home, we work 3 days a week from our Embarcadero office, and work from home 2 days a week.

The Core Finance Team owns the tax calculation, report reputed company, and payment systems  for Anrok customers. 

As a software engineering manager at Anrok, you have the opportunity to craft and implement processes for an effective team, help prioritize the roadmap, and coach and reputed company engineers. We work primarily in TypeScript and React, but prior experience is not required.

In this role, you will

• Work on and manage a talented team building innovative calculation, reporting, and payment products.

• Set the product and technical strategy and implement processes for high-quality execution.

• Contribute directly to the successful delivery of the team’s roadmap through both writing and reviewing code.

• Recruit and mentor engineers.

• Foster a collaborative and healthy culture of feedback, opportunity, and growth for the team.

• Contribute to the Anrok engineering culture and initiatives.
