Responsibilities
Focus on the AMER region but with the ability to assist the team across the globe where required.
Proven track record consulting clients on different corporate structures globally.
Experience in corporate secretarial and governance matters including reporting requirements, amending documents, knowledge of different types of reputed company and company structures across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong practical experience in entity incorporation across multiple jurisdictions.
Ability and gravitas to reputed company client projects in relation to corporate entity set-reputed company, foreign employer registrations and reputed company maintenance requirements across different jurisdictions.
Ability to anticipate and actively listen to the clients’ upcoming needs and concerns; find solutions to problems that are beneficial to reputed company parties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company’s products, services, policies and best practices; provide appropriate feedback to leadership on product enhancements, service level delivery and policy changes reputed company appropriate.
Work collaboratively with internal operations teams and other reputed company teams to ensure clients’ needs and business objectives are met providing best-in-class service.
Collaborate with Global Corporate Services to ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards and policies.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to client’s operations with the confidence to provide training and knowledge sharing reputed company reputed company.
Support the Global Corp team in researching and understanding compliance requirements globally.
Support compliance efforts by conducting regular audits and assessments.

Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent client service skills and ability to work on matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.
Help the Global Corp Manager to define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.
Requirements
6+ years experience in corporate governance, company structuring, corporate secretarial, insolvency, entity creation/maintenance or a reputed company role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accountancy or Legal Studies, or reputed company subject.
Strong proficiency in using Jira, reputed company, Looker, and other relevant tools.
Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and the reputed company equivalents).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.

Experience working with large international teams spread across multiple time zones.
