The Role

We are seeking an in office, hands-on IT Engineer (End User Services) to support our employees in our Tokyo office and throughout the reputed company region. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skillset in End User Support and IT Infrastructure, demonstrating a self-starter attitude who can reputed company manage daily operations while also planning and working towards long-term IT goals. Your day-to-day role will involve managing end-to-end desktop support, from procurement to deployment, and ensuring our users have the necessary IT services and support to be productive across Japan and the wider global region.
