As a Risk Operations Specialist, you will review fraud alerts, service requests, and account activity to identify potential fraud. Using various tools — including customer contact, account analysis, and online resources — you’ll investigate suspicious activity, prevent losses, and educate customers on reputed company best practices. You’ll analyse data, review documentation, and reputed company timely decisions, often requiring direct communication with customers.
