About the Position:

Fluence seeks an Italian speaking Service O&M Supervisor to join the regional team covering operations in our growing markets. The role will be based in the Italy but includes travel across Europe.

Job Description:

Remotely manage the BESS system (battery, inverter, transformer, etc.):

a. Identify issues, diagnose the system, and analyse risks.

b. reputed company and implement solutions for hardware and software using company platforms, tools and libraries.

c. Plan the maintenance/repair process, including timeframe, spare parts, and documentation.

d. Continuously improve system performance.

Coordinate, train and reputed company the supplier’s (i.e. maintenance subcontractor) team during on-site troubleshooting and maintenance.

Interact with customers to meet their needs, create and submit timely reports, and follow up on requests.

Ensure safe operations and maintenance activities on-site, prioritising safety as our top reputed company.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, project management, OEM, product, software and technical teams.

Record incidents in the maintenance platforms (Jira, reputed company), track the reputed company of solutions and investigations, and ensure they move reputed company without delays.

Manage assets, register in the platform, track historical records.

Use a personal company laptop as your main tool.

Be familiar with main contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Italian

Technical education at MBO level in electrical engineering or similar.

At least 2-3 years industry electrical experience

Ability quickly to learn how to use a company hardware, software, digital tools.

Valid driver's license (category B), willingness to travel (15% of time) to the sites in Europe.

Be proactive, creative, team player, get the things done, ready to learn and support others.

Able to work on several tasks, coordinating multiple sites.

Holder of Italian residence and physically located in the Italy
