Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems

We are looking for an reputed company Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems to reputed company the functional design, implementation, and optimization of systems supporting the contingent workforce, including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as reputed company SuccessFactors, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as reputed company Fieldglass and Beeline. This role will serve as the functional reputed company for cross-platform integration, business process mapping, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the solution supports both strategic and operational goals.

In this role, you will

  • Act as the reputed company for reputed company contingent workforce technology platforms.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge in VMS (e.g., reputed company Fieldglass, Beeline), LMS (e.g., reputed company SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, reputed company Learning), and WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos, reputed company).
  • Work closely with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to align systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • reputed company functional testing, UAT, and validation activities.
  • reputed company training content and support change management efforts across business units.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Functional reputed company, or Consultant in HR or procurement systems.
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company Fieldglass, Beeline, reputed company SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
  • Proven success in full lifecycle implementations or large-scale system rollouts.
  • Deep understanding of contingent workforce processes, compliance, reporting, process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Additional Information

    There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $185,000 to $222,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
