Account Executive (Outbound) is responsible for the acquisition of new logo customers in the small business segments. The Account Executive will accomplish this through identifying prospects and cold calling/emailing and through strategically planned marketing campaigns.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the reputed company reputed company by identifying new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting reputed company select prospects reputed company cold calling and emailing.

  • Create a strong follow-up plan that will allow for greater efficiency and increased sales conversion rates.

  • Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • Years of Experience - 2-4 years
  • Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, while building strong relationships with TMs, leaders and business partners
  • Understanding of high impact coaching tactics and strong, demonstrated background in coaching others for success
  • An assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional who is a strong listener with a positive attitude and a limitless amount of energy
  • Possess an aptitude for quickly grasping selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Has a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to reputed company in a high volume, high energy, fast-paced, sales-driven call center environment
  • Experience in selling an intangible product and/or inside sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Computer knowledge with good communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Regular attendance in the office
