Join us in an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll help in advancing immune-mediated drug-induced liver injury (iDILI) in vitro models. At the intersection of pharmaceutical innovation and immune cell engagement, your work will address a high unmet need reputed company the industry. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with scientists from reputed company’s Investigative Toxicology group to further reputed company an advanced in vitro model of iDILI. Moving reputed company traditional 2D models, you’ll test compounds in a reputed company-throughput liver microphysiological system (MPS) model that successfully recreates the interaction of monocytes and T-cells with hepatocytes and Kupffer cells to dissect the potential mechanism for iDILI. Your goal? Co-culture monocyte-derived dendritic cells (moDCs) along with T cells and 3D liver spheroids to test a platform that can potentially detect iDILI. Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with top-tier scientists to advance cutting-edge cell culture systems.
• Characterize and validate the iDILI model with an eye toward future drug development and safety assessments.
