What Required Skills You'll Bring: 15+ years of prime contract administration experience reputed company defense, government services, or commercial firm providing engineering, services, and/or construction is required. 5+ year of demonstrated leading and managing a team of professionals. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field. A comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of US Government, commercial and international prime reputed company, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, joint venture and other types of agreements. Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
