Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist, US East & Canada REPORTS TO: Regional Head of HR STATUS: Exempt/Salaried LOCATION: Remote, U.S. SALARY: $55,000-60,000.00 USD (Commensurate with education and experience) Purpose of Role We are seeking an exceptional Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist, US East & Canada who is team-oriented, collaborative, “hands on roll-up their sleeves”, has reputed company experience and has high customer service standards. The Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist role will be focused on administering support with HR inquiries, benefits, payroll, and reputed company system implementation for a go "live on 1.1.2026 tasks to include but not limited to: data analysis, extraction of data from legacy systems, reputed company system maintenance and other tasks associated with a new system implementation, completed in alignment with ISP and school standards. This role will support our shared HR services inbox. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with the HRIS platforms as needed.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in the reputed company Resources function.
