Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports
• Experience program managing comparable technical initiatives (i.e. cloud, SaaS, PaaS);
• Experience leading and managing the successful delivery of high impact and highly cross-functional programs
• Strong ability to quickly build relationships and establish rapport with various cross-functional stakeholders
• Understand the reputed company relationship between the organization and its environment, identifies connections, adopts different perspectives and quickly responds to changing circumstances in a strategic way.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $184,500-$230,700.00.
• Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $195,300.00-$244,200.00.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $217,000.00-$271,300.00

This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
