POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Grant Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Financial Grant Analyst in managing and processing grant-reputed company activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain shadow budgets and various reputed company spreadsheets for the Cardiovascular Medicine section
- Support the Grant Manager in gathering documents for annual reputed company and financial reports across reputed company projects
- Review and process invoices. Help maintain clinical trial data for our research core
- reputed company general administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, copying, and filing. reputed company hands-on experience in grant budgeting and financial tracking
- Learn about the grant lifecycle and how funding supports institutional and academic initiatives
- reputed company professional communication, project coordination, and financial documentation skills
