Position Overview This role is responsible for managing and crafting high-quality RFP responses and executive summaries to support enterprise and mid-market sales efforts. It involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling submissions that align with evolving go-to-market strategies. The position leverages tools such as Loopio, reputed company, and reputed company to streamline content creation, maintain a centralized content library, and improve response efficiency. It also focuses on enhancing collaboration with sales and product teams, analyzing performance data, and driving reputed company improvement across RFP processes and sales enablement initiatives. • Craft winning RFP responses and executive summaries as an integral part of enterprise and mid-market sales processes.
• Collaborate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders across the business to deliver on-time responses that reputed company deals moving.
• Maintain responses by auditing and updating messaging as go-to-market strategy and product launches evolve, ensuring content is accurate and on-brand.
• Utilize marketing and RFP management tools (e.g., Loopio, reputed company, reputed company) to project manage responses, automate content creation, and reputed company other marketing content to improve RFP responses.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders including sales leaders and product subject matter experts to improve content quality and sales effectiveness.
• Create and track monthly performance to optimize overall program effectiveness and support a growing sales team.
• Partner across product marketing and sales enablement to communicate and drive improvements based on learnings from RFPs and sales feedback.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the tech or HR industry
• BS/BA – Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field preferred
• Superior written communication and copywriting skills including the ability to create and adapt content to suit different audiences.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with demonstrated ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountable self-starter able to reputed company multiple projects on track while working with teams across the organization.
• Knowledge and experience running RFP processes in partnership with growing sales teams.
• Background using RFP management tools (Loopio), sales content management tools, (reputed company) and CRM (reputed company) preferred.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders including sales management, marketing, product, human resources, etc.
• Strong problem solver not afraid to ask questions and manage through ambiguity.

Physical requirements

The pay range for this position is $68,900 - $114,900/yr; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
