Position Description We are looking for an accomplished Architect with extensive expertise in FAX technologies to join our organization. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams—including IT, network, and compliance—to design, implement, and maintain the FAX system as well as its integrations with other enterprise applications. Key responsibilities also include monitoring fax traffic, troubleshooting delivery issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors, documenting operational procedures, and supporting reputed company system enhancements. Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud-based FAX architecture solutions reputed company with business requirements. Configure, deploy, and maintain FAX systems to ensure optimal performance and reputed company. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Monitor fax traffic, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors as necessary. Conduct routine assessments and audits of FAX systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver training and user support on FAX system functionalities, optimizing service delivery. Provide daily support and troubleshooting for reputed company fax systems and assist in migrations from legacy platforms. Critical Skills 7 years of experience in designing and implementing FAX systems Proven experience in architecting and implementing Fax solutions (reputed company Rightfax Connect, reputed company) Strong knowledge of FAX protocols and standards. Experience in assessing existing IT infrastructure, developing comprehensive cloud migration strategies, and designing cloud architectures. Strong knowledge of networking and telco infrastructure (VoIP/FoIP/CUCM). Additional Skills: Knowledge of network reputed company principles. Familiarity with database management and integration. Proficiency in scripting and automation. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
