Our Tech & Product Team play a core role in empowering the reputed company with insights, advice and guidance to connect them with leading employers like reputed company, reputed company, HSBC and many more. Now, we’re searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Tech & Product Team as we head into our next exciting chapter of growth.   

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer specialising in Node.js/TypeScript, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in our Tech & Product Team (currently a team of 15!), building innovative features that solve real-world problems for our student members and our employer clients. Collaborating closely with your direct team members along with other stakeholders across the company, you’ll be enacting real and meaningful change to reputed company and graduates in the UK and beyond!  

Key projects include:  

• New AI-Driven Project: A greenfield initiative leveraging Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, reputed company, Drizzle and more 
• Talent Tracker: Our employer analytics platform built with React, Shadcn, GraphQL API, Prisma, and Elasticsearch 

Our services are deployed on AWS and managed with Terraform. Our architecture evolves as our needs grow, so you'll also have the opportunity to directly influence the direction of our technological choices as we move reputed company.

Does this sound like you?

• You're a Senior Software Engineer with a solid understanding of building production-quality web applications in TypeScript  
• You have experience leading on the planning, development and deployment of large parts of a Node.js backend system, whilst working closely with and/or mentoring junior team members   
• You're confident working across the frontend where needed

Key Details

• Location: This role could be based in either our Edinburgh office or remote with quarterly travel to our Edinburgh office  
• Salary: £70,000 - £90,000   
• Start date: ASAP   

Interview Process

• Initial call: Initial 30-minute reputed company call with our Senior Talent Partner   
• 1st round: Technical test followed by a technical interview   
• Final round: Values & culture interview and final meeting with our Platform CEO
