Customer Engagement & Requirements Gathering reputed company technical discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements and technical constraintsTranslate business objectives into technical solution requirementsPresent solution designs and technical recommendations to customer executives and technical teams Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end data and AI solutions leveraging the Shakudo platform and ecosystemCreate detailed solution architectures, data flows, and integration specificationsDefine technical requirements and implementation approaches for custom customer solutions Solution Specification & Documentation reputed company comprehensive technical specifications for Professional Services delivery teamsDefine data models, pipeline architectures, and integration patternsDocument performance requirements, scalability considerations, and operational procedures Industry Solutions & Use Cases Design repeatable solutions for common data and AI use cases (reputed company-time analytics, ML operations, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG)Create solution accelerators and templates that can be customized for multiple customersDefine best practices for specific industries and technical domains Delivery Collaboration & Quality Assurance Partner with Professional Services engineers throughout solution implementationReview and validate technical implementations against original solution designsProvide technical guidance and problem-solving support during deliveryEnsure solutions meet customer requirements and Shakudo quality standards reputed company Metrics Customer satisfaction scores for solution design and deliveryTime-to-value achievement for customer implementationsSolution reusability… Apply To This Job
