Senior Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a creative and analytical Senior Social Media Manager to reputed company the development and execution of our social media strategy across reputed company major platforms. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on content creation and community management. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a skilled executor who can drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion through social campaigns.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, brand, and product storytelling. What you'll do

Strategy Development:

• Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform content themes, trends, and platform priorities.

Execution & Management:

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels) across social channels.

• Own the social content calendar and ensure timely, relevant, and brand-consistent posts.
• Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate conversations to build community and brand trust.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to reputed company reputed company and engagement.
• Collaborate with performance marketing for paid social campaigns to support traffic and conversion goals.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs weekly and monthly.

• A/B test content formats, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance.

Who you are

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in both strategy development and hands-on execution.
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content production skills.
