We're TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organization. The role requires a deep understanding of tech, strong sourcing skills, and an analytical reputed company.

• A track record hiring for Engineering and Product roles ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find & engage exceptional candidates.
• Analytical reputed company, you’re comfortable with both data and gut feel, and know reputed company to use each.
• Clear, confident communicator with great attention to detail.
