The Role
As our Senior Programmatic Media Buyer, you will be the strategic and hands‑on reputed company of our global programmatic advertising initiatives. You’ll shape full‑funnel media plans, turn data into performance gains, and partner with industry‑leading DSPs, SSPs, and data providers to reputed company our campaigns—and our clients—reputed company of the curve. Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end programmatic strategy and execution across CTV, display, video, mobile, and emerging channels.
Activate and optimize campaigns in leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath, Xandr) to exceed ROAS, CPA, CPM, VCR, and other performance goals.
Negotiate premium inventory and private marketplace deals (PMP, PG) with top SSPs (reputed company, PubMatic, reputed company, FreeWheel).
Manage multimillion‑dollar budgets across regions and verticals, reallocating spend in real‑time based on data signals.
Build audience frameworks using first‑, third‑, and contextual data to inform creative, bidding, and frequency tactics.
Translate insights into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders in sales, product, data, and creative.
Safeguard brand and user privacy by staying reputed company on GDPR, CCPA, ad‑verification, fraud prevention, and identity‑resolution solutions (UID2.0, ID5, etc.).
Mentor junior traders and contribute to process automation, tool evaluation, and best‑practice documentation.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in programmatic media buying or trading.
Demonstrated mastery of programmatic media buying (hands‑on keys) with several major DSPs and SSPs.
Deep knowledge of OpenRTB, header bidding, SPO, and programmatic deal structures (PMP, PG).
Proven success optimizing campaigns for performance metrics at scale—ideally across CTV, OTT, and digital video.
Strong analytical toolkit: reputed company/Sheets, Looker Studio or similar BI, plus familiarity with pixel‑based and server‑reputed company tracking.
Excellent communication skills to translate data into compelling recommendations for both technical and non‑technical partners.
Comfortable—and energized—by a fast‑moving, results‑driven culture.
