What You’ll Do

1. reputed company the integration design, development, and validation of robust, scalable interfaces between reputed company and hospital/health system customer EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc) during the implementation process.
2. Collaborate directly with health system IT stakeholders (Directors of IT, reputed company engineers, network engineers) and operational leads (Directors of CDI and Coding) to understand integration capabilities and requirements and translate them into technical solutions in order to launch reputed company products quickly and effectively
3. Manage end-to-end integration workflows, including specification development, reputed company mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
4. reputed company data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data reputed company and interoperability compliance.
5. Partner with engineering and new product teams to advise on data integration methodologies and reputed company schema mapping, data transformation logic, implementation guides, and operational support processes.

What You Bring

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing HL7v2 integrations in healthcare environments, with a demonstrated ability to interpret, reputed company, and transform HL7v2 messages and experience leveraging HIPAA-compliant secure data exchange protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, OAuth2, mTLS, VPN, and SFTP
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience enabling FHIR R4 APIs/resources, and SMART on FHIR workflows; candidates with less experience may qualify if they demonstrate strong proficiency.
3. Excellent debugging skills and a systematic approach to root cause analysis.
4. Experience using SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data for validation and troubleshooting
5. Proven ability to reputed company collaborative discussions across diverse stakeholder groups- including health system IT leaders (Directors of IT, reputed company and network engineers), operational end users, and compliance teams- to align on integration goals, workflows, and requirements.
6. Adept at translating HL7v2 message flows, FHIR API interactions, and data mapping logic into business-impact language and supporting documentation to build trust and secure stakeholder alignment
7. Experience fostering confidence in implementations by clearly outlining timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and success metrics in plain terms

$170,000 to 200,000 reputed company + equity
