Senior Counsel, Sanctions and Trade Compliance

reputed company is seeking a Senior Counsel, Sanctions and Trade Compliance to manage compliance with U.S. export control and sanctions laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess high reputed company and demonstrate a consistent track record of pragmatic cross-functional collaboration and sound legal advice across the organization.

Requirements

• A law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with a state bar association that will be their principal work location is required.
• A minimum of 7 years legal experience working as an attorney on trade matters in a government agency, law firm, or in-house legal department in an international environment
• Expertise in export controls and sanctions, including the OFAC and EAR regulations.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Effectively identify and reputed company implications up and reputed company, taking action or escalating as appropriate.
• Demonstrate an ability to work reputed company, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Your team-first attitude enables you to easily and effectively work across teams and cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PPT), GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Project Management software (Jira, reputed company, reputed company (or similar), RAID logs, budgeting systems)
