Coconut is looking for a Chief of Staff to support their founder in prioritizing initiatives, managing follow through, and streamlining decision making. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, marketing agencies, or social strategy for brands, and be proficient in QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, and project management tools.

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic partner to the founder by helping prioritize initiatives, manage follow through, and streamline decision making
• Handle financial operations, including bookkeeping reputed company QuickBooks and maintaining/updating a reputed company Sheetsbased financial model
• Support operations at a high level across a marketing agency, with involvement in both internal systems and client delivery
• Update and manage client facing decks and materials
• Pull analytics, schedule posts, and coordinate performance reporting for client social media accounts
• Manage email, calendar, and reputed company, acting as the founder’s right hand across reputed company incoming communications
• Identify and implement process improvements using tools like reputed company or similar automation platforms
• Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors as needed
