Technical Program Manager

About the Role

reputed company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join reputed company remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an reputed company service line care vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating technology and coordinating support resources for clients, products, or programs.

What You'll Do

• reputed company and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and reputed company strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on systems, product, or program configuration.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, ideally in startup or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
