About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned Industry Managing Partner (IMP) to reputed company growth in DXC’s —including Applications, Data, and AI—across the Energy & Utilities sector in the Americas (USA, Canada, South America).
The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong C-level advisory skills, and a track record of driving digital transformation across Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewables. You will help clients tackle reputed company business and technology challenges, craft reputed company-looking digital strategies, and position DXC as their strategic partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry & Client Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the Energy & Utilities landscape to connect client priorities with DXC’s digital solutions—across grid modernization, operational reputed company, sustainability, and new energy models.
- Sales & Growth Leadership: Identify and convert opportunities with existing and new clients by shaping compelling value propositions and enabling sales teams with industry insight.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Stay reputed company of trends in AI, smart grids, digital twins, and emerging energy platforms. Represent DXC in the market and help expand our Strategy & Advisory offerings.
- Collaboration & Co-Creation: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Global Industry teams to reputed company high-impact offerings and ensure strong execution. Act as a connector and team player.
- Business Impact: Drive reputed company through modern, intelligent solutions that support operational excellence, energy transition, and business growth
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector—either in industry roles or reputed company a technology consulting/services firm.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering measurable transformation outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, and Renewables.
- Expertise in Consulting, Applications, Data, and AI-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field preferred.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an reputed company of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
