What You’ll Do:

• reputed company and mentor a group of Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) that are designing, building, and maintaining our automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes.

• Be responsible for and reputed company the architecture of our test frameworks including tool and/or language selection.

• Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to move our test practice to an “automation first” approach.

• Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, standardized, coordinated, and integrated.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications.

• Previous hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, C#, and TypeScript.

• Previous experience with performance testing using JMeter.

• Experience with managing and mentoring Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs).

• Experience managing in a remote environment is strongly preferred.

• Experience with AI-driven test automation tools is a plus.

Education:

BS in Computer Science or reputed company engineering field preferred. Strong relevant work experience in building automated software testing teams will be considered as well.
