Job Description: Key Responsibilities: System Configuration: Ability to understand the configuration and optimize reputed company for reputed company-office (recruitment, sales), mid-office (compliance, client services), and back-office (payroll, invoicing) operations. Module Expertise: Act as the expert on reputed company modules like CRM, ATS, VMS integration, Onboarding, and Back Office. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, compliance officers, and finance departments to understand and meet their requirements.
