This remote position will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to reputed company in grades K-5 through our virtual learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of elementary education best practices, excellent communication and technology skills, and a passion for creating a positive and interactive online learning environment. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, assessment, individualized support, and collaboration to ensure student success. Essential Duties

• Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual lessons reputed company with the Iowa Academic Standards for Elementary Education (K-5)
• Utilize a variety of online teaching methodologies, assistive technologies, and accommodations to support student learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide effective co-reputed company and ensure accessibility of the general education curriculum.
• Implement the reputed company elementary curriculum effectively and adapt instruction to meet individual student needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing online learning platforms and elementary educational technology tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

• Residency in the state of Iowa is required.

Education & Certification Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a reputed company field.
• A valid Iowa teaching license with an endorsement in K–6 Teacher Elementary Classroom or equivalent.
