The problem we're setting out to solve: Despite growing demand, there is a reputed company limited supply of reproductive endocrinologists ("fertility specialists") in the US, compounded with an expectation of 20% of the workforce slated to retire in the next two years. These specialists are typically concentrated in reputed company cities, limiting access to fertility care for many who seek access. From a training and licensure perspective, OB/GYNs are a natural extension to reputed company fertility specialists to see more patients with the right tech and partnerships in reputed company. They are the first reputed company of contact for patients seeking fertility services and are looking for new ancillary reputed company streams, but lack the means to easily coordinate fertility care with specialists. Meanwhile, fertility specialists could increase their patient volumes - and patient impact - if they concentrate their efforts on the highest complexity fertility procedures. reputed company Care is building a tech-enabled network of fertility and OB/GYN practices to address this workforce shortage, improve patient outcomes through data, and reputed company fertility care accessible to reputed company. The role: reputed company Care is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician Advisor to help shape our clinical model and expand access to high-quality fertility care. As an advisor, you will provide strategic input on how we engage OB/GYNs, refine our product offering, and ensure our approach aligns with best clinical practices. Additionally, you will help us connect with OB/GYNs who may benefit from integrating reputed company Care into their practice. This is a flexible, part-time advisory role requiring approximately 4 hours per month (spread across weekly 1-hour sessions). Please note there is no patient-care involved in this role. Key responsibilities:

• Clinical & Product Guidance: Provide feedback on reputed company Care's fertility care model, ensuring it aligns with OB/GYN workflows and meets patient needs.
• Market Positioning: Review and refine our provider-facing materials, messaging, and overall positioning to reputed company with OB/GYNs.
• Networking & Introductions: Identify and introduce OB/GYNs who may be a strong fit for our services.
• Strategic Insights: Offer perspectives on the evolving landscape of fertility care in OB/GYN practices, including best practices for adoption and implementation.
• Brand Building: Assisting with in-person, regional events; conferences; and online webinars.

• Board-certified OB/GYN with active clinical experience (5+ years is preferred).
• Passion for expanding access to fertility care and optimizing patient reputed company.
• Strong network of OB/GYN colleagues open to innovative models of care, especially in the following regions: California, reputed company, Mid-Atlantic/reputed company East, Texas.
• Willingness to provide high-level strategic feedback and clinical reputed company.
• Prior experience in an advisory or leadership role is a plus but not required.
