Strategic Finance Manager (Remote)

Description: Position: Strategic Finance Manager Job Type: Exempt - Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Reports to: VP of Finance Pay Range: $107,000 - $128,000 Annual reputed company This role is 100% remote with no face-to-face contact with patients. Summary

The Strategic Finance Manager drives Lumata Health’s financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, partnering closely with senior leadership to influence key business reputed company. Essential Functions

• Manage and refine comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to support key business initiatives.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Enhance financial reporting processes and tools to improve accuracy, timeliness, and decision-making capabilities.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and explaining variances.
• Prepare recurring financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI dashboards) for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Education and Experience Required:
