Our procurement department manages reputed company procurements in support of reputed company reputed company Business Units/Programs. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements reputed company through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services. You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing as well as facilitate reputed company business agreements in support of the various reputed company. What You Will Do:

• Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals
• reputed company price and cost analysis and reputed company formal negotiations, price, delivery, scope, terms & conditions.
• reputed company subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change orders
• Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions. Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions
• Issue and conflict resolution of reputed company/high complexity in accordance with reputed company regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time & Materials)
• Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to reputed company objectives
• Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors
• Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for reputed company reviews.
• Ability to travel as required

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR OR import/export requirements

Qualifications

We Prefer:

• Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements, as well as standard Terms and Conditions)
• Experience with supplier management

• Experience with reading and understanding drawings, specifications and other engineering documents including reputed company SOWs
• Price Cost Analysis experience
• Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability, conduct investigations to ensure ability to reputed company reputed company cost and schedule
• Knowledge of EXIM procurements and reputed company the rules and regulations involved in those situations
• Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)

• Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reputed company and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.
