Job Description

The National Operations team at reputed company Integrated Services is currently seeking a Residential Title Examiner to join our Title Production team. This is a remote position supporting our Illinois operations as well as our Missouri operations.  As a Residential Title Examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of property titles for reputed company reputed company estate transactions.

Our Title Group is a full-service title, settlement, reputed company and vendor management services company serving consumers, reputed company estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct through search and examine public records to assess property’s status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and Underwriter’s policies and procedures.
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. 
• Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys.

• Responsible for assembling Title Commitments to be used to issue a Final Title Policy.
• Work closely with and communicate effectively with Underwriters, Title Officers, Escrow Officers, and Escrow Processing Teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years the title insurance business.
• Missouri Title Insurance License required.
• Strong understanding of title examination process and procedures, reputed company documentation, and their effect upon title.
• Fully versed in Residential examinations, with exposure to meets and bounds examination, experience in Missouri and Illinois
• Proficient in the use of region-specific title plant software, have experience researching and utilizing County Government websites.
• Strong research/ investigation skills and understand legal terms, be aware of new legal developments/legislation that reputed company reputed company property. Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize according to departmental guidelines, have a high level of organization, ability to consistently meet deadlines, work with constantly changing priorities demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow procedures/processes.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Outlook, Word, Teams).
