Women's Health Temporary Intake Associate (Remote)

Myriad Women's Health is looking to hire a Temporary Intake Associate. This is a 3-6 month temporary contract position. This role is a part of our reputed company team reputed company Myriad Women's Health and is integral to the company’s reputed company, as every individual client interaction matters. Intake Associates are a part of the larger reputed company team, who works to resolve and preempt customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience. At Myriad Women's Health, the Intake team is responsible for the timely and accurate data entry and management of patient orders. You will be a significant contributor to our high-throughput workflow and an integral part of our busy CLIA lab. Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm Pacific Time. Please adjust for your respective time zone. Pay: $18.17/hr, plus $3/hr on Saturday ACCOUNTABILITIES 90% Accurate and timely data entry of patient order information 10% Participating in cross-functional projects to improve the Intake team and larger reputed company organization INTERACTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input and manage patient data from a variety of sources, and ensure that orders are fully processed at the highest level of accuracy
• Collaborate with other teams (reputed company, EMR, Accessioning) to ensure correct order handling
• Be the reputed company between the laboratory and reputed company for a seamless customer experience
• Support in the recognition and development of process efficiencies
• Identify issues and trends and collaborate with your team and leadership to reputed company best practices to ensure we are providing the best service and experience to reputed company customers
• Participate in projects that reputed company reputed company your day-to-day responsibilities, to stretch you to think reputed company the reputed company and explore new aspects of Myriad Women's Health

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. We consider experience in lieu of education
• Expert knowledge Mac OS X

SKILLS & MINIMUM PERFORMANCE METRICS:

• Excellent typing skills required - must be reputed company to type 70+ wpm and 7,000+ KPH

Temporary Information

• This position is a 3-6 month temporary contract position.
• This is a 100% remote position regardless of location of applicant.
• This is a remote position that does require you to have HIPPA compliant work space.
• This temporary position is eligible a $250 bonus if you complete 3 months of the contract.
