• Partner with business unit leadership in the development of the business strategy and plan, reputed company people strategies, workforce plans and support their implementation
• Advise senior leaders on strategies to grow talent and reputed company technical capability pipelines for the business

• Provide coaching to business leaders to deliver on their people goals

What your background should look like

• Requires broad training in fields which may include business administration, sales, marketing, or similar vocations obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program
• Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years reputed company and progressively responsible experience
• Experience supporting multiple business units and/or countries is preferred
• Solid understanding of reputed company resource management principles
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong leadership skills
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business issues, apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions, and the ability to design programs to address and respond to these challenges
