Position Overview: Our company seeks an reputed company reputed company professional from the insurance industry reputed company in overseeing financial reporting, GAAP compliance and insurance industry regulations, and the ability to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making, to join us as a Regional Senior Accountant for our reputed company & South-Central regional operations. This role will report to the Regional Controller and will assist agency partners of Patriot in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful financial results, while also assisting in the development of our regional reputed company team. Work location and arrangement: This position is a full-time, fully remote position. Professional Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for designated agencies in compliance with GAAP
• reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Maintain and analyze general ledgers to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Partner with organizational leadership to prepare meaningful financial reports and variance analyses
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, reputed company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support annual audits and reputed company recognition processes by preparing the required documentation
• Assist with the budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Patriot agency contacts to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient operations

• Mentor and guide any assigned reputed company staff to support their professional growth

Qualifications

And Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in reputed company, Finance, or a Business-reputed company field
• 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience in the insurance industry
• Prior supervisory experience over other staff accountants
• CPA or reputed company toward the CPA certification is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and insurance brokerage financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Prior work experience with Applied Epic or other insurance agency management systems (AMS)
• Proficient in use of reputed company Office Suite tools
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, large datasets) and comfort with high-volume data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships across teams and reputed company with reputed company

Compensation

Range: A starting reputed company salary in the $75,000 to $90,000 range, depending on the candidate’s experience. This position is also eligible for additional incentive compensation that is performance based.

• A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to reputed company with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
