• *This hybrid role will be required to be onsite three (3) days a week in our Pittsburgh HQ.**

The job will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR and reputed company partners to execute a defined strategy. Using the ATS, present applicants to the hiring manager for consideration and monitor reputed company through the interview process. Coach and provide guidance on offers leveraging guidance from the compensation team, and reputed company offers to candidate.
• Provides innovative candidate sourcing to produce reputed company pipelines and maintaining a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for reputed company relevant functional areas. reputed company professional associations, social networks, and online resources and other emerging technology to generate diverse candidate slates for hiring teams. EDUCATION Required

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration or reputed company field
