- Support provider enrollment, maintenance, and renewal activities for the Florida reputed company program on a Seasonal Based Role.
- Primary responsibilities include reviewing and processing reputed company provider enrollment applications, renewals, and maintenance requests according to Florida reputed company approved guidelines, ACA, and other federal requirements and procedures.
- Interact with team members, management, and customers regarding customer service issues.
- Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year post-secondary degree is preferred.
