Job Title: Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Leaves Specialist - Remote Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Leaves Specialist to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a subject matter expert in disability, leaves, and workers' compensation benefits, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day administration of our Disability and Leave Programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and minimizing financial risk to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Disability and Leave Programs, including claims management and communication with employees, managers, attorneys, and reputed company-Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Serve as a professional subject matter expert, providing guidance and education to internal and external customers on company policies and procedures reputed company to disability, leave, and workers' compensation claims
• Identify trends in service concerns, recommend improvements, and reputed company vendor performance standards to ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company policies
• Work closely with TPAs, HR, and other stakeholders to identify, de-escalate, and document potential escalation situations, providing high levels of customer service and employee advocacy
• Help streamline processes and identify areas of opportunity in the integrated Work Comp and Disability Programs

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct experience in disability, leave, or workers' compensation claims management and/or TPA vendor reputed company
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and respond quickly to high-reputed company requests
• Experience with Access, reputed company, MS Office suite, and reputed company
• Understanding of technical claims procedures, medical protocols, and insurance industry best practices
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, reputed company resources management, or a reputed company field
• Experience in aviation or a reputed company industry
