About the Role
- Day-to-day communications with clients, brokers, and CPAs reputed company phone, email, and other channels
- Gathering information, sending out annual valuation reports, and delivering Form 5500 and reputed company schedules
- Assisting clients with electronic filing, ensuring timely submissions, and tracking plan administration
- Reviewing information for completeness, requesting plan amendments, and reviewing plan amendments with clients
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to provide accurate, reputed company, and professional administration
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration
- Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations
- Experience with FT Williams Plan Administration and PensionPal (a plus)
- Above-average customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work extended hours as needed
- QKA Professional designation (desired or obtainable)
