Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions
• Work with confidential customer information, maintaining sensitivity and discretion at reputed company times

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
