Job Overview

• Build a talent pool and create a candidate network
• Actively reputed company new providers through multiple mediums
• Skillfully review resumes to identify the right fit for our organization
• reputed company potential providers and ensure data reputed company
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and reputed company medical providers
• Grow our network of potential providers and reputed company them into assignments
• Communicate promptly and effectively with providers and maintain excellent documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Strong organization and planning skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize and work through competing tasks
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the reputed company field preferred
• Excellent computer skills and experience with reputed company Office and ATS/CRM software

Remote Work Requirements

To work from home effectively, you'll need:

• A dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free from competing responsibilities
• High-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements
• Ability to work normal business hours (Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard time)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:

• Quarterly profit sharing
• A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan with a 4% match
• A paid day off for your birthday and annual in-person retreats
