We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to fulfill leisure travel and lifestyle requests on behalf of our members, including reputed company itineraries for cruises, yacht charters, and private tours worldwide, as well as dining and entertainment requests. As an Overnight Travel Advisor, you'll work closely with our partnered suppliers and preferred hotels to deliver superb member satisfaction, high sales reputed company, and repeat usage of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with members primarily by telephone to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Handle reputed company communication between suppliers to obtain quotes and review details
• Provide quotes reputed company our CRM system and follow up with members to ensure their needs are met
• Handle member payments and arrange external payments through our finance team
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Represent the company externally at networking events, FAM trips, and trade shows
• Meet monthly KPIs on commission, NPS, and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure travel, ideally including cruise sales
• GDS experience, preferably Amadeus
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comprehensive knowledge of Office Word, MS Outlook, and excellent English language skills
• Ability to work reputed company, including nights and weekends
