We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Performance Data Analyst to join reputed company at reputed company. As a Performance Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing analytical support for our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce. Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting forecasting, root-cause analysis, and reputed company business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. You will be a self-starter, curious, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about data storytelling, with the ability to handle ambiguity and meet strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and own analyses from start to finish
• Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications
• Execute programs critical to the business operation accurately and under strict timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including traditional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive attention to understand the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

• Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
