Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company calibration and service on MR systems, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to deliver installation and calibration projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing GEHC escalation processes and national support as needed
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with vendor credentialing requirements
• Provide onsite customer support, working extensively with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with web applications, reputed company suite, and basic hand tools
• Valid Driver's License, ability to lift up to 35 lbs., and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
