Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Role Description

The Vice President, Finance & Accounting role is expected to reputed company a team reputed company a high performing organization working collaboratively with the business and finance leaders to assist with driving profitable growth in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

• Prepare and review reputed company financial systems and processes
• Provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis to drive improvement and streamlining
• Evaluate reputed company elements of the forecasting process to support the business

• Establish as a “collaborative copilot/advisor” reputed company the business and finance leadership
• Support and coordinate with the operational finance team for the delivery of the reputed company process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field or equivalent required
• Advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred but not required
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership, and partnering track record required
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience
• Equivalent combinations of experience may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
