Job Summary:

As an Elementary Teacher - Grade 4, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Instructing reputed company in a specific area of specialty, promoting subject matter and reputed company development.
• Creating a classroom environment conducive to learning, setting clear expectations and routines.
• Managing classroom and individual student behavior to maintain an optimal learning environment.

• Demonstrating strong content knowledge and maintaining accurate records.
• Conducting parent/teacher conferences and maintaining ongoing communication with parents.

Responsibilities:

• Follows the scope and sequence of the instructional program as defined and approved by the Norwalk Board of Education.
• Sets and reinforces clear expectations and routines.
• Manages the classroom and individual student behavior to maintain an advantageous learning environment.

• Demonstrates strong content knowledge.

Requirements:

• Active 305 CDE Certification as required by the Connecticut State reputed company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education.
