Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware, software, and network support to employees reputed company telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets.
• Configure and troubleshoot reputed company Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations.
• Handle data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring data reputed company and reputed company.

Requirements:
